Responsibilities
- Reporting directly to the Store Manager, responsible for managing teams, creating rosters, generating orders, completing stock takes and more
- Working as part of an enthusiastic team in a highly competitive supermarket environment
Qualifications
- Grocery and fresh food retail knowledge
- Experience in leading and managing team members
- Ordering and cost control expertise
- An excellent understanding of gross profit calculations
- Accurate staff rostering
- Passion and enthusiasm, with a very hands-on approach
- Unparalleled commitment to customer service
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to liaise with both team members and management
- A flair for merchandising
- Strong leadership and delegation skills
- Ability to coach, train and performance manage team members
