* Grow our conference and events business by identifying new opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and ensuring seamless execution of events.
* Develop and implement strategic sales plans for conferences, meetings, and events.
* Proactively source new business through cold calling, networking, and industry events.
* Conduct site inspections and FAM tours to showcase our facilities.
* Negotiate contracts, prepare tailored proposals, and close sales.
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client experiences from planning to execution.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay competitive.

* Proven track record in business development or sales, preferably in hospitality, MICE, or events.
