Due to continued growth, we are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Project Administrator to support our project delivery team.
About the Role
The Project Administrator plays a key role in supporting project managers and site teams to ensure construction projects run efficiently. This position involves coordinating documentation, tracking project progress, liaising with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to Project Managers and site supervisors
* Prepare, maintain, and organise project documentation, contracts, permits, and compliance records
* Coordinate project schedules, meetings, and communications between internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
* Assist with procurement processes including purchase orders, subcontract agreements, and delivery tracking
* Monitor project timelines and assist in tracking milestones and progress reports
* Maintain accurate project records, variations, and cost tracking documentation
* Assist in preparation of progress claims, reports, and project status updates
* Ensure documentation complies with company policies, WHS requirements, and regulatory standards
* Support site teams with administrative coordination and logistics
Skills & Requirements
* At least 5 years of relevant experience in project administration, construction administration, or office support within the building industry
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and project management software
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
· Ability to speak and write Mandarin (preferred) to support communication with Mandarin-speaking clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
