Pegasus Transport Group is a Bendigo based transport and distribution company providing transport and logistic solutions within regional Victoria.
We are seeking a full time admin assistant, nominally 0800am till 0400pm with potential for overtime hours via relief work and the growth of the company.
You will need to be someone who is friendly, hardworking and thrives in a fast-paced ever changing environment.
Tasks and requirements:
- Have excellent communications skills
- Be experienced using MS office software
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Support Admin Manager and Operations department
- Perform general administration tasks
- Be responsible for data entry
- Effectively resolve customer issues
- Process day to day paperwork
- Experience in using Xero software not necessary but a bonus
- Accounting and payroll on occasion
- Weekly invoicing

Pay: $900.00 - $1,200.00 per week
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Overtime pay
