We are supporting a growing Australia-Wide organisation that is looking to expand their Team in Perth by adding an additional Service Administrator / Scheduler / Coordinator to the team. Permanent Full-time position, working Monday – Friday (7:30am – 3:30pm), you will be responsible for scheduling technicians undertaking a mix of Electrical, HVAC and Fire Services maintenance, repair, and breakdown work to commercial, light industrial, heavy industrial, education premises across Perth. Key Duties Overseeing all aspects of the work orders for preventative and reactive work Be a first point of contact and support customers by coordinating and scheduling services Raise new jobs, allocate work / create daily schedules and coordinate times for attendance with the Technical Service staff, to ensure strict contract obligations are met / exceeded Administration support Support the Contract Managers, Supervisors and Technical Service Team About you 4 years’ experience working in a role as a service administrator / scheduler / coordinator in the Facility Management, Pest Control or Maintenance Services industries is essential Strong communication and customer service skills and the ability to ensure strong client and staff relationships and timely service delivery Must have strong experience with MS Office Workorder management experience on Maximo, SimPro, Pronto or MEX is highly desirable Problem-solving, time management and organisational skills and experience
