**What success looks like in this role**:
To be successful in this role, you would be involved in:
- Intermediate understanding on all areas we deliver reporting services.
- Establishes process continual service improvement governance and actions improvement opportunities.
- Create Update complex reports for clients.
- Collaborates with other team members to ensure consistency of delivery, adherence to standard practices, and continuous improvement.
- Conduct call with account teams for reporting requirements.
- Conduct call with external clients to understand reporting needs.
- Facilitates Unisys standard processes for ITIL core functions such as Major Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, etc.
- Schedule existing reports.
- Cross-train coach team members.
- Operational analytics knowledge.
- Support escalations to closure

**You will be successful in this role if you have**:
- Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
- Understanding of business-related operational drivers/KPIs.
- Advanced business objects/Microsoft BI skills.
- Advanced office skills.
- Advanced data analytics skills.
- Advanced reporting skills.
- Advanced visualization and presentation skills.
- Communication/stakeholder management skills.
- U nderstanding of ITIL V3 processes and principles.
