The Role
* Manage day-to-day site activities to ensure program, safety and quality outcomes
* Coordinate subcontractors and trades in line with programme
* Ensure compliance with defence and project-specific protocols
* Work closely with the PM to manage schedule, materials and documentation
* Lead on-site safety, toolbox talks and HSE compliance
* Maintain strong site presence and build relationships with all stakeholders
The Criteria
* Eligible to obtain (or currently hold) Baseline Security Clearance
* Trade background or tertiary qualification in construction or a related field
* Minimum 3 years' experience supervising commercial or residential projects
* Previous Defence or secure site experience highly regarded but not essential
* Strong communication and coordination skills
* Organised, proactive and comfortable running a busy site
