Key Responsibilities:
* Ensuring efficient staffing and workflow
* Maintaining accurate case notes and preparing subpoenas for court proceedings
* Managing staff rosters, scheduling clients, and planning oversight
* Assisting with professional development and quality improvement initiatives
Requirements:
* Degree qualification in Social Sciences, Psychology, or related field
* Demonstrated relevant experience working with separated families and children
* High-level knowledge of child development principles, mandatory reporting obligations, family dynamics, and suicide intervention strategies
* Experience in leadership and small team management
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
