We’re partnering with one of Australia’s most recognised flooring retailers to find a talented and down-to-earth Midweight Graphic Designer to join their existing design team. Reporting into a supportive and collaborative marketing team, this role is perfect for someone with 2–3 years' experience in a studio or in-house creative team looking to step into a fast-paced, meaningful role where their work has visibility and impact. About the Role: As the Midweight Graphic Designer, you’ll be producing engaging, brand-aligned content across both digital and print platforms. Reporting to the Graphic Designer – Brand Specialist, your work will include campaign design, catalogues, digital assets (EDMs, social media, website banners), local area marketing materials, POS, and more. You’ll be part of a close-knit team that values input, initiative, and collaboration. What you’ll be doing: Designing both print and digital assets including catalogues, website banners, social media content, EDMs, POS, and signage Working across multiple national campaigns at once while also contributing to local store marketing initiatives Supporting internal teams with creative collateral including presentations, sales tools, and event invitations Seeing your projects through to finished art and ensuring brand consistency at every touchpoint Collaborating closely with the in-house marketing team and stakeholders across the business Taking ownership of briefs and managing priorities in a fast-moving but balanced environment What we’re looking for: 2–3 years of graphic design experience in an in-house or agency setting. A folio that demonstrates strong print and digital work - ideally retail based. High proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) using a MAC. A meticulous eye for detail, strong time management, and a collaborative spirit. The ability to take a design from concept to final output, including finished art for print. Bonus Points for: Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects. Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint. Experience with franchise or retail-based environments.
