The Ultimate Sports Bar Experience Management of staff, including training, rostering, and on-shift supervision.Overseeing operations across the venue, including restaurant, bar, and functions.Managing front-of-house operations and ensuring service quality.Adhering to and auditing OH&S and Food Hygiene procedures.Identifying opportunities to increase sales and revenue while controlling costs.Ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction.Leading by example to foster a positive working environment.Engaging in marketing and promotional activities to support business growth.Driving revenue through strategic management of food, beverage, and customer service, achieving financial targets. The MVP We're Seeking At least 3 years of hospitality management experience.Experience in both bar and restaurant settings.Financial management skills.Ability to lead, train, and develop a team.RSA, RSG, TAB Basics & Advanced certifications.First aid certification (preferred).Approved Managers Certificate (preferred).
