Astley's is a plumbing and hardware store located in Dubbo, specialising in Plumbing, Hardware, Plaster, Industrial & Bathroom & Kitchen supplies. The Astley's business has approximately 35 employees and services Dubbo and the majority of Western NSW. There aren't many buildings in the Dubbo area that Astleys haven't contributed to in some way.

As the Trade Counter Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting customers with product selection, sales enquiries, quotations and order processing. You will be a self-driven, organized and enthusiastic individual who enjoys building strong customer relationships and delivering a high standard of service.

• Proven experience in a customer service, sales or trade counter environment.
• Strong customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional phone manner and exceptional email etiquette.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Current driver's licence.
