About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Service Leader to oversee one of our residential sites in the Wollongong region. You'll manage daily operations, lead a team of support staff, and drive high-quality, person-centred services.
You'll work closely with your Head of Service Deliveryand have strong internal support from rostering, recruitment, and workforce planning teams.
* Lead and coach a team to deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred support
* Oversee onboarding, supervision, and ongoing development for all team members
* Support the team to manage participant risks effectively
* Monitor individual plans and outcomes to ensure goals are being met
* Run regular team meetings and monthly supervision sessions
* Build team capability and foster a positive, high-performance culture

About You
* Solid background in disability support, mental health, or community services
* Strong clinical or physical care knowledge – experience with complex care needs highly regarded
* Leadership experience in a similar role – you know how to motivate and develop a team
* Clear understanding of community services, supports, and NDIS practices
* A Bachelor's in Nursing or other relevant degree – bonus but not essential
* Confident, proactive, and passionate about quality care and participant outcomes
