Job Overview
As a Data & Analytics Manager, you will spearhead the development and governance of an enterprise data ecosystem. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires balancing strategy and execution to enable next-generation data-driven manufacturing and supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement the architecture, ongoing management, and optimization of Microsoft Fabric, Dataverse, and OneLake platforms.
* Design, build, and maintain comprehensive data models spanning ERP (D365), production, finance, and timekeeping systems.
* Ensure robust data governance, including data quality, security, and lineage, through best practices and compliance adherence.
* Manage the Power BI reporting ecosystem, transitioning from legacy ZAP reporting to modern, dynamic dashboards that drive business insights.
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver self-service analytics and actionable insights that inform strategic decisions.
* Partner with the Integration & Automation team to develop and feed data pipelines for AI and machine learning use cases.
* Mentor a growing team of Data Engineers, BI Developers, and Analysts, providing guidance and expertise in data-driven decision making.
* Support the Head of Digital Solutions in shaping the enterprise data strategy that drives business growth and innovation.
