As a Commercial Property Sales & Leasing Executive, you will play a key role in leading our Victorian initiative in the sales, listing and marketing of commercial properties across Geelong and the Surf Coast region.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Built strong relationships with key clients and maintained a high presence in the marketplace
* Sourced, listed, sold and leased commercial properties across Geelong and surrounding areas
* Maintained an active pipeline of both potential buyers and sellers
* Negotiated property transactions from start to finish
* Conducted inspections and all other duties associated with listing and selling/leasing a commercial property
About You:
* You are a natural hunter who is commercially astute
* Entrepreneurial and commercially astute, ideally with B2B experience
* An excellent communicator with the ability to converse with a diverse range of stakeholders
* A willingness to learn and ambitions to grow
* A current Real Estate License or Victorian Agent's Representative Certificate or be willing to study to become a certified agent
