Digital Content Producer – Animator/Motion Designer

As a Content Producer you'll be reporting to the Digital Training Manager and supported by a dynamic team of creative professionals.

The Role
As a member of the Digital Training team, your role is integral to the successful project, from kick-off through to completion. A typical project journey and lifecycle for your role includes:
* Collaborate with the studio production team from planning through to delivery of dynamic video-based content
* Apply creative, out of the box approach to meeting client outcomes
* Work closely with script writers to develop storyboards and shot lists for creative content
* Creation of engaging 2D and 3D animations that elevates storytelling
* Ensure animation output is consistently refined, polished, and on-brand
Skills and Experience Required:
* Highly developed 2D and 3D animation skills and an advanced understanding of animation and design principles
* Proficiency working with 3D models and rigs in programs such as Blender, Cinema 4D and Unreal Engine
* Demonstrated experience in video content development using the Adobe suite (including Premiere Pro, After Effects and Illustrator)
* Ability to transform complex topics into compelling, easy-to-understand animations
* A tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline is advantageous but not essential. Showcasing your skills through a portfolio or showreel is essential
* Well-developed written and verbal communication skills with an appreciation for the importance of attention to detail
* Capable of prioritising time to maximise quality while working on high volumes of content
* Ability to work both autonomously and within a high performing team
* Must be available to work over the Christmas and New Years period
