In Australia alone, Royal Caribbean International has won several significant titles including Best Cruise Operator (8 consecutive years running) at the National Travel Industry Awards.The Marketing Coordinator, GTM, functions as an integral part of the Australian Marketing team and is responsible for supporting projects related to campaign management, brand/product/ retail updates, partnerships support, key partner liaison and coordination of partnership and broader marketing team projects.
This role's key objective is to provide support that drives increased brand awareness, preference, engagement and conversion primarily through direct channels.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Assist the GTM Executive with managing retail and brand campaign assets including:Digital (web, display, edm, social)Print (magazines, press, collateral)OOHCopy writingBriefing the in-house Graphic Design team on campaign assets including key messaging, specifications and deadlinesDevelop marketing assets to support new product updates, guides and go-to-market e-toolkits.Coordinate the development of retail campaign creative and creative wall review summaries in collaboration with the Graphic Design team.Assist and support partnership project deliverables of our key partners such as The Wiggles, Village Roadshow Theme Parks, Sydney Symphony Orchestra and moreCoordinate partnership asset deliverables, including briefing, developing assets and providing feedback in line with brand guidelinesAssist with managing partnership events at third party venuesAssist with managing the partnerships calendar, keeping timings up to dateOrganise WIPs with key partnersCoordinating onboard events including liaising with shipboard staffCoordinate post campaign reports for key partnership initiativesKeep abreast of market and industry trends with the ability to extract key insightsBe a brand custodian for Royal Caribbean International and provide brand guideline guidance to other team members and departments as requiredFacilitate the order of brand merchandiseCompetition support including preparing terms and conditions and overseeing prize fulfilmentLiaise with Agency partners on asset deliverablesSupporting documentation across media and marketing campaignsAssist with the planning and facilitation of ship visits during key summer seasonPresent marketing updates as required to internal marketing team and key stakeholdersPerform other duties as required.Qualifications:Tertiary qualification in marketing, digital and/or tourism desirable.Marketing experience in a media/brand role or equivalent preferred but not essentialCandidate must possess strong written and oral communication skills and be able to work effectively with all levels of personnel.Strong PC skills are required.Knowledge and Skills:Creative thinker with a strong eye for detail.Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and manage deadlines.Advanced Word and PowerPoint required.Analytical: Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and opportunities of alternative solutions and conclusions.Complex Problem Solving: Identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and options and implement solutions.Presentation: Using computer skills and communication style to create, manipulate, edit and communicate slide presentations.
