Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and proactive ERP Support Technician who ensures stable Business Central operations, resolves system issues, maintains data integrity using SQL, manages user access, supports upgrades, and delivers user training to keep Coregas systems efficient and reliable. You'll troubleshoot issues, manage user access, assist with system enhancements, and contribute to data analysis and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central across key business modules
* Investigate and resolve system issues including errors, data discrepancies, workflows, and user access concerns
* Use SQL to extract, analyse, and validate ERP data for troubleshooting and reporting purposes
* Manage user setup, security roles, and permissions, along with minor system configuration changes
* Support testing and validation activities for system upgrades, patches, and new features
* Maintain accurate documentation, including support procedures, knowledge articles, and troubleshooting guides
* Log and manage support tickets in line with SLAs, ensuring timely and clear user communication
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and user experience
About You
* Minimum 2 years' experience supporting ERP systems
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (highly preferred)
* Proficiency in SQL and Excel for data analysis and reporting
* Solid understanding of ERP workflows, system permissions, and data structures
* Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving capability
* Exposure to Power BI, APIs, or system integrations (desirable)
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to support a broad range of stakeholders
