Network Support Officer
The Department of Education, Western Australia, seeks a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the position of Network Support Officer at Hedland Senior High School. Key Responsibilities
* Maintain the school's ICT systems and network to ensure reliable and sustainable operation.
* Provide technical support and advice on hardware and software issues.
* Collaborate with administration to develop and maintain the network system.
* Assist users with software applications and system access.
* Install, troubleshoot, and maintain information systems and ICT equipment according to school policies.
* Maintain accurate records of ICT assets and resources.
* Develop, implement, and monitor a replacement plan for ICT equipment and systems.
* Liaise with Department of Education personnel and external providers to achieve shared goals.
* Deliver excellent customer service to diverse stakeholders.
Requirements
* Experience working in a school setting or similar environment.
* Thorough understanding of standard operating systems and associated software.
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
* Desire to work with diverse groups of people and professionals.
* Experience in network systems management and user training.
