The Role
We are seeking an energetic, organised and hands‑on Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations at our Malaga facility. You will lead a small team of forklift and truck drivers, ensuring efficient workflow, safe practices and timely delivery of insulation products to our clients.
This role suits someone who thrives under pressure, communicates confidently with internal and external stakeholders and enjoys a mix of office coordination and on‑the‑ground warehouse activities.
The Responsibilities
* Ensure daily client requirements are met by the warehouse team.
* Supervise forklift operators and truck drivers,
* Conduct forklift operations and delivery driving as required.
* Confidently liaise with the management and participate in insulation meetings.
* Coordinate with the admin team and contractors/clients for product dispatch.
* Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment.
* Ensure compliance with all safety standards and conduct incident investigations.
* Oversee warehouse inventory management and maintain stock accuracy.
* Conduct stocktakes, investigate discrepancies and prepare reports.
* Foster a high‑performance culture built on communication, accountability, modern warehouse practices & hands on leadership.
Working Hours- Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm
You'll Need
* Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor, Team Leader or similar role.
* Minimum 3 years' experience in warehousing or logistics.
* Minimum 1 years' experience supervising or leading a small team.
* Current Forklift Licence (essential).
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
* Physically fit and capable of hands‑on work.
* A flexible, proactive and solutions‑focused mindset.
