The Position
Supervise and lead a team of
experienced all-rounder chefs
in a kitchen with
3 chefs on day shift and 2 on night shift
.
Oversee all sections confidently, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality meals for site personnel.
Manage menu planning, stock control, and ordering to meet client and company requirements.
Drive team engagement and maintain a positive, safe, and productive work environment.
The Person
Cert IV in Commercial Cookery
(mandatory).
Minimum
3+ years in a management chef role
within a commercial kitchen.
Current
Australian Driver's Licence
.
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team.
Confident in handling
all kitchen sections
and thriving in a fast-paced, remote environment.
