What you\'ll be doing
* Develop and implement operational plans to meet production targets and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
* Manage and coordinate the activities of the production, logistics, and programming teams to optimise workflow and resource allocation
* Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and drive operational excellence
* Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of operations with other business functions
* Implement and maintain safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
* Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
* Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to the operations team to support their professional development

* Proven track record of successfully managing operations in a manufacturing or logistics environment
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to think critically and strategically
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
* Proficient in data analysis and interpreting performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
* Commitment to fostering a safe and inclusive work environment
* Experience in Programming CNC machines would be highly desirable
