Beauty Therapist - Contractor Position.
As a Beauty Therapist at Aztec Skin Clinic & Day Spa, you'll be an integral part of our mission to deliver world-class relaxation and wellness experiences.

· Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, care, and attention to detail in every interaction.
The Suitable candidate will possess
· Own current ABN + current professional & public liability insurance
· First Aid and CPR certification. (can be obtained after hiring if not currently held)
· Diploma of Beauty Therapy.
· Passion for the health and wellness industry.
· Enthusiastic, highly motivated and willing to go the extra mile and wants to work in a team .
· Excellence in customer service skills.
· Proficient in Facials, Massage, Body treatments and waxing.
Minimum 1-2 years of professional beauty therapy experience required.
· Immaculate grooming, presentation and hygiene standards.
· A welcoming and calming personality. A positive, self-starter attitude with a drive to succeed and always perform to a high standard.
· Positive, reliable, and motivated to grow your own client base
· The ability to be flexible to work weekends, nights, school holidays and public holidays as required.
· Must have full Australian working rights.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide professional beauty treatments.
· Greeting guests and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction are maintained and that the guests' expectations are exceeded for their wellness experience.
· Ensure the treatment rooms & linen are cleaned and prepared for the next client.
· Ensuring the facilities are clean, hygienic, safe and compliant at all times.
· Ensure dress standards are maintained.
· Follow directions, prioritise & complete tasks in a timely manner.
· Perform other related duties.
· Daily meeting with the Spa Manager to discuss feedback, daily schedule and new Aztec initiatives.
