About the Role
In this role, you will be at the forefront of managing and supporting an existing customer portfolio (predominantly in the Aged Care sector) within the Healthcare industry across the metropolitan and regional South Australia. By introducing new products and ensuring the ongoing satisfaction of existing customers, you will play a pivotal role in bolstering our market share and consistently achieving sales KPIs and targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain robust relationships with stakeholders across the business spectrum.
* Uphold the satisfaction of existing clientele through support and training.
* Enhance our market presence within customer businesses by promoting a broader range of products.
* Champion the holistic value of our services, ensuring customers appreciate the benefits beyond just product offerings and pricing.
About You
To thrive in this role, prior experience within the Healthcare sector—particularly with technical and educational aspects—is highly desirable. While experience related to wound care, medical consumables, or similar fields is advantageous, what matters most is your ability to champion our products and support customer outcomes.
Key Qualifications and Skills
* Exceptional communication skills
* A solid history in account management, sales, and knowledge sharing
* The ability to establish trust, cultivate relationships, generate solutions, and expand sales opportunities
* An independent spirit coupled with strong organisational and time‐management skills
* Proficiency with computer applications, notably Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CRM systems
