Job Description:
As a strategic HR partner, you will collaborate with operational leaders to foster a high-performing culture and employee engagement. Your goal is to develop and implement people strategies that drive team performance and engagement.
* Develop and implement comprehensive people strategies to enhance team performance and engagement.
* Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee performance, development, and relations issues.
* Oversee core HR functions including absenteeism, transfers, exit interviews, and performance management processes.
* Deliver timely and accurate reporting and analytics to support business decisions.

Requirements:
* A degree in human resources, business, or a related field is preferred.
* At least 2 years of experience in a HR Business Partner or equivalent role.
* Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to build credibility across all levels of the organization.
