We are partnering with one of Australia's leading funeral service providers to recruit compassionate, capable individuals who want to make a real difference in their local community. Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate and deliver funeral services in line with family wishes.
- Guide families through available options with empathy and clarity.
- Manage arrangements from first contact through to service delivery.
- Coordinate and lead services on the day, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Provide calm, professional support in emotionally sensitive situations.
What We're Looking For
- Strong customer service background with a service‐first mindset.
- Professional, empathetic and emotionally mature.
- Comfortable working with grieving families and the deceased.
- Clear communicator with strong attention to detail.
- Available to work full‐time, Monday to Friday with on‐call flexibility and occasional weekends.
- Willing to obtain Justice of the Peace (JP) certification.
- Holder of a full, unrestricted driver's licence.
