As Chef de Partie you will
* Ensure high-quality food production by practicing portion, quality, and waste control. Prepare and garnish dishes, monitor recipes, and maintain menu standards.
* Oversee food storage, cleanliness and equipment maintenance. Comply with health, safety, and operational policies to maintain a safe and efficient kitchen.
* Collaborate with the kitchen team, respond to guest needs promptly, and foster a harmonious work environment. Attend meetings and support the Executive Chef as required.
Seeking a Candidate with
* Experience in hotel kitchens, having had exposure to large scale functions and events
* Experience working in regional and remote areas would be advantageous
* Ability to become part of a team and strive for quality
* Must have own car and licence
