The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and clinical problem-solving skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
As a Graduate Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working closely with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Your role will involve conducting assessments, developing care plans, and communicating complex care plan needs to residents and their representatives.
You will also be required to maintain accurate records and documentation, using state-of-the-art technology to streamline your workflow.

To be considered for this role, you must have current unrestricted registration with AHPRA, less than 12 months of post-registration clinical experience as a Registered Nurse, and an understanding of the professional, ethical, and legal requirements as a Registered Nurse.
