The Opportunity
As a Siebel Engineer, you'll apply your deep technical expertise to deliver robust, scalable solutions that support one of the largest transformation programs in the country. Working closely with architects, analysts, and cross-functional teams, you'll play a key role in the design, development, and integration of systems that simplify operations and improve customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide technical leadership and contribute to system architecture and solution design.
* Partner with stakeholders across IT, data, and business domains to ensure high-quality outcomes.
* Support estimation, development, and integration activities across complex projects.
* Diagnose and resolve technical issues across infrastructure and applications.
* Ensure alignment with enterprise standards and regulatory obligations.
About You
* Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline.
* 7+ years' experience in systems development, support, or maintenance.
* Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Customer Hub (Siebel UCM) and Informatica.
* Proven background in systems integration and enterprise-scale environments.
* Expertise in one or more technical domains or programming languages.
* Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills.
