Job Overview
This role creates a secure, nurturing, stimulating, and educational environment for young children aged 0-6 years.
About the Position
You will work collaboratively with a team to cater to the individual needs, abilities, and interests of all children in the program.
Main Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality education and care services to children aged 0-6 years.
* Support daily routines including meal times, sleep times, and toileting.
* Contribute to planning, implementing, and evaluating programs for children.
* Foster positive relationships with families and Centre staff.
Requirements
* Certificate 3 in Early Childhood Education & Care or Cert 3 in Education (Teacher's Aide/Assistant) or willingness to work toward qualification.
* Current CPR & First Aid Certificate including asthma and anaphylaxis.
* Able to work as part of a cooperative team and develop effective communication between families and Centre staff.
