About the Project
The Southern Program Alliance is contracted by Victorian Government to remove most dangerous and congested level crossings. This is a critical infrastructure project with significant public impact.

The Opportunity
The Quality & Completion Lead is a site based role and reports to the Quality Manager and is responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining quality standard procedures and systems to ensure the projects meet framework to align Client and Stakeholders' (external and internal) requirements and expectations for progressive completion through all handover phases.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement project specific Quality Plans ensuring alignment with client specifications and project requirements.
* Conduct regular internal audits to meet compliance with project specific, quality standard and identify areas for improvement
* Supervise and coordinate quality assurance and quality control activity all phases of construction on site to the handover stage.
* Maintain Quality Management System (QMS) records in accordance with ISO 9001, project-specific systems and audit traceability needs
* Support progressive QA close-out and handover of construction work lots, ensuring documentation is complete, traceable, and aligned with commissioning and client acceptance milestones.
* Promote a culture of continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to streamline QA processes, improve work lot traceability, and enhance delivery of compliant, auditable outcomes.
Required Skills and Competencies
* Tertiary Qualification in Engineering or similar
* Minimum 7 years experience in a Quality & Completion role on a rail/civil infrastructure project
* Demonstrated experience in conducting regular audits to meet compliance
* Experience developing, implementing and maintaining a completion management system including sound knowledge of plans, processes, and procedures.
* Demonstrated experience in implementing and maintaining a completion and acceptance framework
* Experience in analysing and reviewing quality documentation, records and performance
