Job Title:
Aps6 Coordination Officer
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate travel arrangements for national and international ministers and high-level delegates.
* Manage transport logistics, including airport pickups and event transportation.
* Process and reconcile travel-related expenses.
* Maintain accurate records of travel movements.
* Establish effective relationships with senior stakeholders.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in arranging travel itineraries for or within the Australian Public Service.
* Australian citizenship.
* Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal Government Security Clearance (Baseline, NV1 or MV2).
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Capacity to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
