An exciting new venue is opening in the heart of Fremantle is seeking experienced and motivated individuals to join our opening team.

Duty Manager – Selection Criteria
Applicants applying for the Duty Manager position must demonstrate the following:
* Proven experience in a supervisory or duty management role within a hospitality venue
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, train, and support staff
* Sound knowledge of opening and closing procedures
* Ability to manage staff, breaks and shift performance
* Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
* Experience handling customer feedback, complaints, and conflict resolution
* Strong understanding of liquor licensing laws and responsible service of alcohol (RSA) requirements
* Ability to oversee cash handling, POS systems, and end-of-day reconciliations
* High attention to detail, time management, and organisational skills
* Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
General Requirements (All Roles)
* Previous hospitality experience
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Positive and professional attitude
* Valid work rights in Australia
