**Support Seniors to Live Independently - In Their Own Homes**

**About the Role**
As a **Community Support Worker**, you’ll provide **in-home support** to seniors across the Gosford area. This includes **personal care**, **domestic assistance**, and **community engagement** to help clients maintain their independence and quality of life.
This is an Expression of Interest for future permanent and casual roles, working Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm.
You’ll be paid under the **SCHADS (Home Care) Award Level 2 for non qualified and Level 3 for qualified**, with **KM reimbursement** for travel between client homes.
**Your Day-to-Day Will Include**:
- **Domestic Assistance** - Help with household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
- **Personal Care** - Support with showering, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- **Achieve Goals Together** - Implement individual support plans to help clients reach their personal goals.
- **Community Connection** - Assist with social outings and community participation.
- **Stay Informed** - Understand each client’s needs and adapt to changes.
- **Positive Engagement** - Build strong, respectful relationships with clients, families, and your team.
**About You**
- Desirable Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing)
- Experience working in community support
- Current unrestricted NSW Driver’s Licence and insured vehicle
- Current Senior First Aid Certificate
- A genuine commitment to high-quality care and client wellbeing
- Willingness to travel (KM reimbursement provided)
