Job Connect is seeking reliable Production Labourers to support a skilled production team at a well-established international manufacturing facility in Wacol. This role plays a key part in keeping production running smoothly by assisting machine operators with materials handling, preparation, and general production support.

About the Role:
Working alongside Production Machine Operators, your responsibilities will include:
* Assisting operators with loading raw materials into production equipment
* Manual handling of materials and product (up to 20kg)
* Cleaning and maintaining production areas to site standards
* Preparing materials, packaging and pallets for production and dispatch
* Supporting quality and housekeeping requirements on the production floor
* General labouring duties to keep workflows efficient and safe
The role offers:
* $33–$40 per hour + overtime (dependent on shift)
* Day shift and Afternoon roles with 6:00am or 2:00pm start, Monday to Friday
* Ongoing work with long-term potential

An ideal applicant will have:
* Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or labouring roles (preferred)
* Physically capable and comfortable with repetitive manual tasks

* Reliable attendance and a solid work ethic
* Forklift licence advantageous but not essential
* Full Australian working rights
