Sales and Account Management Representative
You will serve as a trusted advisor for customers in your designated sales area, assisting them in finding the right machinery to support their success. Beyond sales, you will be a partner, staying current on the latest equipment, financing options, and industry trends to deliver exceptional service and solutions.
As a Sales and Account Management Representative, you will represent the company in machinery sales and build lasting customer relationships. You will stay informed on product features, benefits, and competitors. Participate in ongoing sales training to enhance skills and industry knowledge. Maintain accurate customer records using sales tools like EQUIP, Handle, and Sales Centre. Follow structured sales processes for successful transactions. Conduct equipment demonstrations in the field. Assist customers with financing options for new and used equipment. Support customers post-sale, collaborating with Service Specialists to optimize equipment performance.
The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of equipment sales experience. Knowledge of agricultural or turf equipment and farming practices is preferred. Proficiency in standard desktop applications like Microsoft Office and Internet. Flexibility to work varied hours. Ability to analyze and interpret basic sales reports.
