You will be responsible for carrying out machine diagnostics and repairs on a variety of mobile plant equipment, ensuring excellent customer service is provided.
The role also involves generating technical reports such as service reports, TSI & warranty claim processes.
As a field service technician you will travel around the Goldfields Region carrying out maintenance, servicing and repairs for Komatsu customers, having no two days the same.
This position is offered as a residential role based in the town of Kalgoorlie or as a 2:1 FIFO position ex Perth.
Your role will also include a work vehicle + phone + laptop.
Residential Package
Roster: 2:1 or 5:2 + overtime
Extra Bonuses: Housing subsidy + completion bonus
Role Located: Kalgoorlie (must be in Kalgoorlie or willing to relocate)
FIFO Package
Roster: 2:1 ex Perth (Must be currently located in Perth)

Your Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
* Qualified Fitter or Plant Mechanic
* Experience working with heavy mobile equipment
* Field service experience highly regarded
* High standard of safety for yourself and others
* Ability to provide a high level of customer service
