**The Role**:
Reporting to the General Manager - Sales, this role will be joining the business at an incredibly exciting time in their evolution and continued expansion. The role will be charged with executing the supplier growth strategy to ensure the continued acquisition of key sustainable partnerships across Australia.
Aptitude to understand complex technical processes and the ability to work collaboratively with Product and Technical Teams will be important.
**Role responsibilities**:
- Effectively manage a diverse portfolio of tier 2 partners to ensure best of class customer experience
- Canvass new key strategic partners (Wholesalers, Distributors and Industry Groups) across our core and new emerging categories to develop robust pipelines.
- Work collaboratively with the awesome Product Technology and Customer Service teams to scope effective integration solutions to meet the complex needs of your key account customers.
- To develop annual Mid-Tier Account acquisition plans and quarterly forecasts driven from the analysis of sales, customer and market data.
- Be the voice of the Supplier in all internal meetings, sharing key insights and emerging requirements with cross functional leads.
- Mentor a Business Development Executive
