Job Description:
We're seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. As a key player in our organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through strategic sales initiatives and building strong referral networks and relationships.
Your primary responsibilities will include developing and implementing strategies to generate new client leads and convert enquiries, as well as building strong relationships with referrers, community groups, and aged care networks.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a Business Development or Management role
* Proven experience in aged care or disability services
* Strong sales mindset and track record of meeting/exceeding revenue goals
* Current National Police Check and Working with Vulnerable Persons Card
* Full Australian driver's licence and access to a vehicle
* Pernament right to work in Australia
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or related field
* Experience using aged care software (e.g. Visual Care) and CRM systems
* Knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and NDIS framework
