**Key Responsibilities**:
- Be the first point of contact for IT
- Provide instruction and basic training to employees.
- Deliver a high level of customer service to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Accurate, timely and complete documentation of processes.
- Plan and co-ordinate the integration of new PC's, mobile phones and other hardware as required.
- Escalation of high risk incidents as appropriate via business support mechanisms.
- Initial setup and configuration of printers, VoIP Desk phones and soft phones, smartphones, PC's and laptops.
- Software and hardware installations, troubleshooting, configuration and migration.
**Key Skills/Experience**:
- Proven experience in a similar desktop support role.
- Tertiary qualifications in Information Science, Microsoft certificates or similar related discipline.
- Familiarity with Citrix would be desirable.
- Familiarity with virtualization software.
- Possess basic networking skills.
- Familiarity with the latest versions of Microsoft Server
- Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills.
- Drivers license required (Car).
