Nurse Next Door is on the lookout for a dynamic & energetic Aged Care & Disability Nurse (Entry Level Registered or Enrolled Nurse) to inspire and mentor our passionate care team in a permanent 5 days a week role.
Operating in a home care environment, you be responsible for mentoring and coaching our caregivers, delivering thoughtful nursing care to our aged care and disability clients.
This role is located in our Albury office, but will involve some home visits and even occasional work from home admin responsibilities.

Your Next Adventure
Reporting to our Clinical Operations Manager - RN, your role will be a combination of front line nursing and caregiving work, management and development of our growing team of personal care assistants and nurses. This includes but will not be limited to, the following:
* Working one on one with clients and their loved ones, focusing on their individual nursing and care needs and happiness
* Competent in basic would management
* Competent or willing to learn in catheter insertion -SPC and IDC (both female & male)
* Maintain meticulous care documentation records and a strong data and admin focus

Mandatory Requirements
* Registered or Enrolled Nurse (AHPRA Registration required) 1-2 years experience
* Experience mentoring and coaching a team of Personal Care Assistants in either a Home Care setting or Aged Care facility is highly regarded
* NDIS Workers Screening Check, or willing to obtain clearance
* Working With Children Check
* Current Victorian Drivers License
* This permanent 5 days a week position requires some flexibility and availability to work occasional evenings, weekends and on-call as required.
