Maxima, in partnership with Westpac, are seeking a committed individual to undertake an entry-level business traineeship within their Customer Service and Technology team.
Across 18-months you will be working fulltime and receiving paid study toward achieving a nationally recognised **Certificate III in Business **within the **Customer Service **stream.

**Duties Include**:
- Update and maintain customer information
- Follow up missing client information and discrepancies
- Respond to incoming and outgoing enquiries

- Strong communication skills
- Exhibits a passionate and positive work attitude
- Ability to multi-task and work to deadlines
- Takes initiative and has proficient problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated customer service experience
- Active user of different technology
