Access Aged Care is seeking Geriatricians to deliver telehealth services to residents in residential aged‐care homes across Australia.
Role Overview
The Access Aged Care team handles full scheduling, service coordination, and clinical/administrative support, including dedicated nursing support at the patient end. As a Geriatrician, you will provide regular virtual ward rounds that mirror inpatient care, completing progress notes, managing acute issues, and supporting ongoing clinical care during each round.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide telehealth services to residents in residential aged‐care homes.
* Commit to a minimum of 3+ hours per week, with flexible working arrangements.
* Deliver virtual ward rounds similar to hospital rounds.
* Complete progress notes and manage acute issues.
* Support ongoing clinical care throughout each virtual round.
* Utilize all provided software, training, and ongoing support.
Qualifications
* Board‐eligible or board‐certified Geriatrician.
All required software, training, and ongoing support will be provided.
