As a valued member of the Randstad Aged Care team, you will provide essential support to Registered Nurses (RNs) and Enrolled Nurses (ENs) in delivering high-quality, person-centered care. You'll assist residents with personal care, mobility, meals, and provide emotional support, all while observing and reporting any changes to nursing staff.
To be successful, you'll need:
* Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent.
* Demonstrated experience in personal care, preferably in Australian aged care.
* A genuine passion for caring for residents and a commitment to person-centered care.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team.
* Current National Police Check and/or NDIS Worker Screening Check.
* Willingness to obtain current Influenza and COVID-19 vaccinations.
