About This Role
This position plays a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of warehouse systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a high-performing test team across multiple environments.
* Drive testing strategy, planning, execution, and quality governance for all warehouse systems.
* Implement automated testing solutions to reduce costs and improve coverage.
* Align project and team resourcing with delivery priorities.
* Develop standard operating procedures and leverage testing tools across the team.
* Oversight of financial control, including budgeting and vendor management.
* Provide coaching and development for testing leads and specialists.
* Maintain regular reports on testing metrics and quality insights.
Requirements:
* 5-10 years of experience in enterprise system testing and leadership.
* 3+ years of experience in supply chain or 3PL environments.
* Strong knowledge of SAP environments and system lifecycle best practices.
* Experience driving automation strategies and implementing testing tools.
* A proven track record of building high-performing teams.
* Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
* ITIL certification advantageous.
