Speech Therapy Role

Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality speech therapy services to individuals of all ages and abilities. This will involve working with clients to identify and achieve their goals, as well as collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
* Early Intervention: Providing clinic-based early intervention and parent training for young children.
* School-Aged Children: Supporting literacy, social communication skills, and Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) for students with special needs.
* Adults: Offering speech, language, and social skills training for individuals with acquired brain injuries, such as stroke or progressive neurological conditions.
* Dysphagia Management: Assessing and managing mealtime difficulties in individuals across all age groups.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A Bachelor's degree in Speech Pathology or a related field.
* Current registration with the relevant professional body.
* Experience working with diverse client populations, including children and adults with complex needs.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to work effectively in a team environment.
