Role
You will support the portfolio construction process, contributing to research, analysis and ongoing monitoring across a diverse set of strategies including dynamic, ESG‑tilt, index and global equities solutions. You will work closely with senior portfolio managers and the Investment Committee, helping to maintain alignment with risk and return objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Research and monitor underlying managers and funds: performance, style, risk, fees, suitability
* Assist in dynamic asset allocation by analysing market and macro conditions
* Support implementation across SMAs, MDAs and fund‑of‑funds
* Produce clear investment insights, research memos and presentation materials
* Assist with due diligence on existing and prospective managers
* Maintain strong knowledge of markets, investment trends and ESG developments
* Collaborate with research, operations and distribution to ensure smooth execution
Candidate Profile
* Degree in finance, economics or related; progress toward CFA welcomed
* Strong analytical and quantitative capability
* Understanding of multi‑asset investing, portfolio construction and fund research
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* High attention to detail and disciplined execution
* Proactive, adaptable and comfortable working in a small, ambitious team
