McLean Farms is a diversified family-owned agri-business based in Pittsworth, 30 minutes Southwest of Toowoomba. Specialising in livestock and food production, the business is involved with a broad range of agricultural enterprises such as grain, compost and feed mill operations.

Daily duties include, but are not limited to:
* Conduct regular preventive maintenance inspections to identify wear and tear
* Attend to breakdowns and assist with general repairs
* Inspect and assess farm facilities, equipment, and infrastructure to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
* Carry out pre-start checks on farm equipment
* Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment servicing
* Perform minor repairs, adjustments, and replacements on farm machinery, feeding systems, ventilation equipment, and other tools to minimise disruptions
* Monitor and maintain strict adherence to animal welfare standards and biosecurity protocols
What You’ll Bring:
* Previous experience in a maintenance role (highly advantageous)
* Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail
* Proficiency in record-keeping and data analysis to support farm management
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with staff, suppliers, and stakeholders
* Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team
