Job Title: Community Support Worker
The role of a community support worker is to provide assistance and care to individuals in their own homes or in community settings. This can include helping with everyday activities such as personal care, household cleaning, meal preparation and transportation.

You will be working closely with clients who have varying levels of need, including those with physical disabilities, dementia and other mental health conditions. Your main objective will be to empower them to live independently and safely within their own communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing and grooming
- Assist with household tasks such as cleaning, laundry and meal preparation
- Transport clients to appointments and outings
- Support clients with daily living activities, such as shopping and cooking
Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- A Cert III in Personal Care/Aged Care/Community/Individual Support or Disability Services
- Senior First Aid Certificate and Unrestricted Drivers Licence
- Current Police Clearance (if you don't have we will provide at no cost)
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
