Accounts and Audit Senior (Remote Role)
Near Tamworth, offering a salary of £37,000 - £42,000.
Clark Wood are delighted to be working on a rare and exciting remote accounts and audit senior role with a relatively recent and modern firm of accountants based near Tamworth.
The firm operates a highly successful and rewarding hybrid working policy where staff are only expected to attend the office once a week and the rest of the role can be performed from home.
As an Accounts & Audit Senior, you will be client-facing and responsible for supervising junior staff, assisting in their development. The position will include the preparation and review of accounts and tax compliance work as well as leading audit assignments from the initial planning stage through to completion.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Supervision of junior staff and assisting in their development
- Preparation and review of accounts and tax compliance work
- Leading audit assignments from planning to completion
- ACA / ACCA Qualified or at the latter stages of studies
- Recent experience in a mixed audit and accounts position
- Experience in leading audit assignments
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accountancy and experience working in a similar role.
