We have a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated Workshop Manager to join our team at our Seaton Service Centre for an immediate start.
You will receive training and skills to progress your career to the next level if you have the passion and desire.
Key responsibilities include:
* Day-to-day running of the store, including:
* Providing outstanding customer service to our loyal customer base;
* Quoting, invoicing, and job reconciliation;
* Liaising with supply chain and ordering parts;
* Delegation of all work and providing support and direction to a small, efficient team.
What we look for:
* Impeccable personal presentation as the front-facing representative;
* Previous management experience in the motor industry and sound mechanical knowledge are advantageous;
* Commitment to customer service excellence and talent for sales;
* Minimum 3 years' experience as a Workshop Manager is preferred;
* A professional and reliable attitude – Essential;
* Loyalty and accountability;
* Compliance with WH&S rules, regulations, and procedures;
* Effective time management skills and ability to prioritise multiple responsibilities.
